1. No Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final.
Once a product is downloaded or access is granted, refunds, cancellations or exchanges are not permitted.
2. Exceptional Cases
Refunds may be considered only if:
• The downloaded file is technically defective and this issue is reported within 48 hours of purchase
Refund approval is at the sole discretion of The Digital Goods Hub.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
No refunds will be issued for:
• Change of mind
• Accidental purchases
• Inability to use the files due to lack of software or skills
